basecount

Setup

$ git clone https://github.com/tombch/basecount.git
$ cd basecount/
$ conda env create -f environment.yml
$ conda activate basecount
$ pip install .

Usage

Per-position statistics:

$ basecount BAM_FILE

Example output:
