This release includes the scripts used during the bioinformatic analysis of Illumina MiSeq reads.
The ammended COI reference set is also included:
- COIClassifier2.1 includes the files ready to be used with the RDP classifier. Decompressed file size is ~ 1.4 Gb.
- COIClassifier2.1-ref includes the FASTA and taxonomy files used to train the RDP classifier and are included here for reference only. Decompressed file size is ~ 720 Mb.
The scripts includes the Bash and Perl scripts used for bioinformatic processing of Illumina reads.
