PR Summary

• Updated URL in Department Name Formatter
  The link that the 'Department Name' column leads to when clicked, in our tables created using Bootstrap, has been updated. The URL previously led to /department/, it has now been changed to lead to the more correct /departments/ instead. This simply ensures that when our users click on a department's name, they are directed to the right page.
