Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

PR #1511 added a report page detailing license information for software used to generate the report itself. Enhancing this, it would be great to collect the license information of the conda environments in the workflow and list them in the report. This would allow getting a quick overview of the license situation of the whole workflow.
