Class Breakdown and Sorting Hat

- Students self-select into described class levels
- Program determines who should teach what based on class level
- Organizer assigns groups to rooms manually
After we've got the small group breakdown logic figured out, we want to make more nuanced sorting hat functionality so that students aren't asked to self-select into class levels.
- Do we want to persist the data of what section a person was in, and who their teacher was in?
- How do we want to track that data / how and to whom should it be accessible? This seems to be the beginning of knowing how effective teachers are with data / how many students they retain.
