This space contains all the material related to the Open Science course of the Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge degree at the University of Bologna. All material about the course (e.g. slides and readings), can be found in the GitHub repository of the course.
The goal of the project is to create the very first Data Management Plan (DMP) for OpenCitations, that should include at least six items:
- OpenCitations Data Model;
- OpenCitations Index data;
- OpenCitations Meta data;
- Software for the ingestion process of OpenCitations Index;
- Software for the ingestion process of OpenCitations Meta;
- Software for handling data compliant with the OpenCitations Data Model.
OpenAIRE Argos is the software that should be used to produce the DMP. Argos export the DMP created in different versions, including a machine-readable JSON version of it. Another goal of this project is to produce a Python script that can convert such a JSON file into a pleasant and easy-to-browse HTML page describing the whole data management plan.
