Add a suggestion to re-trigger nf-test when patching a modules

Description of feature

Any patched modules could potentially affect the results of the nf-test tests, and so on the snapshot would be invalid.
Can we add a message to suggest to re-trigger said tests.
The actual command needed to be run would be absolutely toppen.
