This does not work for any editor action like when pressing Ctrl+K Ctrl+C to insert line comments because those commands don't make it to the MenuRegistry.

Also, for the cases where it does work, I personally find it super annoying. I know what I am executing because I press its keybinding. I am sorry, but I am not sure this is a good addition to VS Code.
