I found that one of the other files on Clipper card has a few extra types of transactions, and one set of those transactions holds the TagOn/TagOff transactions for Bart, Caltrain, and Smart (that I've seen on my card). I was able to interpret enough of the data to show the in-progress Bart ride before tagging off, which was my main goal. For Caltrain, I didn't know how to map the tag-on station code to the ClipperTrip station code, but Caltrain saves a proper ClipperTrip during the ride and so the partial log's version won't be shown. Smart is also unconfirmed, my card's trip log has rolled off the Smart ride that still shows up in the partial log.
