Major refactoring to fix a variety of inaccuracies

• Added class ProcessOperator that was previously implicitly included in Process
• Changed Product, Information, Energy to be subclass of state
• removed most of the sub properties of flow that were just inverse of other ones (all "helper" properties like "hasPredecessor" are still used)
• refactored decomposition. Now ProcessOperator individuals are connected with other ones via "isComposedOf"
• removed properties to indicate that something is on the system border as this can be queried through incoming / outgoing flows of state elements
• Renamed SystemBorder to SystemLimit to be more consistent with the VDI 3682 guideline
