Maintenance Release

This release fixes several bugs and offers a couple of new features:

• Uses Matlab's Tiff class for faster loading of .tif stacks
• Uses interp3 to interpolate shifts in volumetric registration bypassing a bug with Matlab's imwarp.
• Adds a demo for registration of 1p micro-endoscopic data.
