Describe the feature

Currently one can configure the bridge to allow or deny routing of messages for Publishers, Subscribers, Service Server, Service Client, Action Server and Action Client.

It would be useful to have the possibility to allow or deny the routing of any message for a discovered ROS Node, based on its Node name.
