Hi, I’m Sumit Sarswat, a passionate BCA 5th semester student with a growing interest in web development and AI. I’m currently learning Python (FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, Expo) and React, and I love building projects that combine intelligent automation with clean, user-friendly design.
So far, I’ve worked on several exciting projects:
Educational Resource Platform – a hackathon project that helps students by providing notes and the best curated videos for syllabus topics.
AskMyPDF – an AI-powered app that lets users ask questions directly from any PDF file, built using Streamlit and Gemini API.
MinuteMate – a meeting note assistant built with Flask + Jinja, which transcribes and summarizes meeting audio automatically.
NutriLens (in progress) – a mobile app that analyzes food images to display detailed nutrition facts like fat, carbs, and proteins, built with Expo + FastAPI.
I’m constantly exploring new technologies and APIs, especially Gemini AI, to enhance user experience and make apps smarter. My goal is to become a skilled full-stack developer, mastering React for frontend and Python for backend, and to keep growing as a creative, passionate web developer.
