Inbound Calls Cannot Be Received on a SCCP Phone

If inbound calls cannot be received on a SCCP phone, perform the following tasks as necessary:
- Verify that the extension is available in your dialplan
- Verify that the context in which the extension exists, is reachable from the context you are trying to dial from
- Verify that the phone is registered to the Asterisk PBX. During registration the server name is displayed on the LCD and you can check the Setting to make sure it is connected to the right PBX. If you have setup a hint for this extension, using the 'core show hints' command should show the device as 'Idle', instead of 'Unavailable'.
