In this release, there is tighter compatibility with qiime2-2019.7 and songbird through the introduction of the new Differential type.

This is a minor release to enable more streamlined capability with qiime2. Specifically, this relies on the new differential type in qiime2.

Alpha release

We're very excited to present the first alpha release of songbird!

Included is the ability to perform multithreaded multinomial regression, with a qiime2 interface and a standalone interface capable of interfacing with Tensorboard.

Most of the components are stable and minor bug fixes and documentation updates may occur before the version 1 release, which will appear around the same time as the corresponding paper.
