by weekly meeting for better collaboration on our similar products

PSRC

• some topic agency priorities for - race, ethnicity, safety, demographics
• best practice gathering, standards for data reliability, e.g. sample size appropriate for summarization
• suggests taking a tool inventory

Met Council

• need to defining the deliverables, modeling dataset, planning dataset

• data standardization

• Standardized Instrument with a public spec (Met Council and SFCTA said this)

• Standardization of Evolving Demographic Categorization, Census is not enough for our agencies

• integrity of the time field

MTC

• Need for process transparency for survey work
• open source processes desired
• expanded data uses and equity implications
• Best practices for data imputation
• Best practices for when to drop survey records

SFCTA

• Need for error checking, data integrity
• has a data cleaning visualization tool, trip traces
• Weighting should be public
• More transparency on cleaning
