The latest version 1.31.0 of
google-cloud-storagehave a bug that creates invalid checksum for some files. This is fixed in their repo but the issue remains in the latest PyPi release. In this PR, we use older version ofgoogle-cloud-storageto prevent this issue.Pull Request Check List
