OWLOOP 2.1

This stable release depends on aMORv2.2.

In this release:

• examples were modified in the 'test' package and new examples were added (as they are presented in the softwareX article).
• package names have been refactored.
• a lot of method names have been refactored for simplification and ease of use.
• OWLOOP logo added to GitHub readme.
• GitHub Readme is updated and wiki documentation is also improved.
