• Qt Open Source Windows x86 >= 5.7
• Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows Desktop (wdexpress_full.exe)
• Debugging Tools for Windows (sdksetup.exe)

Header / Libraries / Includes (copy them to C:/OFFIS Development Environment)

• Boost Library
• DirectX SDK (incl. DXShow)
• GStreamer
• OpenCV 3.X
• Python 3 (incl. Debug, build with MVS2015)
• winSparkle
