This framework is under construction; further abstraction is still necessary to meet my expectations, and more functionality will continue to be moved into the actual timing classes as time goes on.  Until the release of 1.0.0, assume that api breaking changes will be common.

That said, an example of how to use the timer as it stands is located in the com.nyefan.clockenspiel.example package for the curious
