Common Issues
The following attempts to address common questions why the mule is not doing what you think it should be doing.
- Does your station have a manager?
- Does your station have funding?
- Is the ware you think should be moving in the logical overview screen?
A common troubleshooting approach is to try to replicate the expected operation manually. If the operation cannot be completed manually because of lack of funds, lack of supply, lack of space, the operation will not be successful automatically by the mule.
###M4-Supply Mule Check that the collect from Player/AI options match the ware whitelist/blacklist. If the settings do not match, trades may be rejected.
When requesting support or reporting issues, include screenshot of mule order settings, source station logical overview, and target station logical overview. It is advisable to include the debug log for the mule as well. See the Advanced section below.
