Functions referencing the location of the rti package

If you want to move or change the name of folders

• change the path of test or production in lib/getegrmalocations.ado All programs reference getegrmalocations for filenames. This makes it easy to make changes.

If you change the file structure within the package

• update rti_egrma.pkg
