Configure Git for egrma stata

Setting up Github for Windows was pretty easy, and this is, too. Once you've entered your GitHub username and password, we want to add egrma-stata to Git.

###First, unhide the folder The production folder is in Final Databases, but before you can see it you have to unhide it by going to the Final Databases folder and then in the menu selecting Tools > Folder Options > View > Show hidden files and folders A screenshot of that
