FNP Sales Analysis Dashboard (Excel)

Project Overview This project focuses on analyzing and visualizing sales data for FNP (Ferns N Petals), a gifting company specializing in occasions like Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi, Valentine's Day, Birthdays, and Anniversaries. The objective is to analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance to help the company improve its sales strategy and optimize customer satisfaction. An interactive Excel dashboard was created to address key business questions related to revenue, customer spending, product performance, and seasonal trends.

Problem Statement FNP wants to enhance its sales strategy by analyzing: Total Revenue – Identify overall revenue trends. Average Order and Delivery Time – Evaluate the time taken for orders to be delivered. Monthly Sales Performance – Examine sales fluctuations across 2023. Top Products by Revenue – Identify the best-selling products. Customer Spending Analysis – Understand customer purchasing patterns. Sales Performance of Top 5 Products – Track their performance. Top 10 Cities by Number of Orders – Find the highest ordering locations. Order Quantity vs. Delivery Time – Analyze if higher orders impact delivery speed. Revenue Comparison Between Occasions – Compare revenue across different events. Product Popularity by Occasion – Determine the most popular products per occasion.

Insights Derived

Revenue by Occasion Peak revenue during Anniversary and Raksha Bandhan, followed by Diwali and Valentine's Day.

Revenue by Category Highest revenue from Colors, followed by Soft Toys and Raksha Bandhan-themed products. Consistent performance from Cakes and Plants.

Revenue by Hour Sales peak during late morning and early afternoon hours.

Revenue by Month March and August recorded the highest revenue. Significant dips in April and November.

Top Products Magnam Set and Harum Pack were the best performers.

Top Cities by Orders High demand in Dhanbad, Imphal, and Bilaspur.
