The application can be used for receiving the availability, creating schedules and checking the coverage of your workforce. It is particulary suited for the call centers.
Schedule --> Showcases some of the metrics related to projects and tasks which are dynamically updated based on the changes that are made to the data.
Coverage --> View the coverage per channel and combined. The plots feature the scheduled FTE's against intially forecasted requirement
Submit Preferences --> The advocates can use this page to submit the availabilities. The submissions are visible to the admin user in requests folder.
Team Schedule --> See and download your teams's schedule for the chosen day
