DB Browser for SQLite has a number of keyboard shortcuts.
Create a new database - Ctrl+N
Open a database - Ctrl+O
Close a database - Ctrl+W
Write changes - Ctrl+S Print - Ctrl+P
Exit - Ctrl+Q
View SQL Log pane - Ctrl+L
View Plot pane - Ctrl+D
View DB Schema pane - Ctrl+I
View Database Cell pane - Ctrl+E
View toolbar - Ctrl+T
Refresh data (Browse Data tab) - Ctrl+R
Execute SQL - F5 / Ctrl+Return
Execute SQL (Current line) - Shift+F5
Find in SQL editor - Ctrl+F
Find next - Return / F3
Find previous - Shift+F3
Zoom in - Ctrl+KP +
Zoom out - Ctrl+KP -
Note: macOS uses cmd instead of Ctrl
