Win64 setup — Step 4 — Install OpenSSL

Make sure you're using the most recent release of OpenSSL.
New ones are often released when bugs or security problems get discovered in the older ones, so this is important. 😉
In the installation path (below), change it to include the C:\dev
directory we created earlier:
Change the location of the .DLLs to be inside the OpenSSL binaries (/bin) directory:
