Update: the angularview example is broken at the moment since the API rewrite.
Probably just look at the JSON API reference and install voltron-web to get started.
The documentation for building view plugins should also be helpful.
The angularview example's Python code should still be good as an example of how to get loaded by Voltron as a web plugin.
