Lift same species genome co-ordinates from one assembly to another

Usage

./run_agent.sh <old_assembly> <target_assembly> <min_overlap> <threads> <output_chain_name>

You can then use UCSC liftOver tool to lift co-ordinated from your old assembly to the new one
