• BEFORE RHOK EVENT
  • Had Prep Meeting 1 week before RHOK event.
  • Set up Google Group to communicate with whole team.
  • Set up Github repo (for code) and wiki (for docs).
  • Set up admin spreadsheet to track people and setups.
• DURING RHOK EVENT
  • Required on-site customer in picking project.
  • Because we carried 8 people to RHOK event, more people joined our team.
  • Had a mixture of skills (dev, designers, UX, overall) at RHOK event.
  • Organized the team to create a prototype by midnight of RHOK.
  • Had agile-type standups during RHOK event.
  • Had on-site customer participant in RHOK Demo.
  • James presented our demo. He did a great job.
• AFTER RHOK EVENT
  • Continued to have hack nights/meetings.
  • Reports progress at ATLRUG meetings.
  • Turned our ATV 6-month use prize into weekly meetings (initially expected monthly meetings).
