CODEXViewer plugin for Fiji. Download the JAR file from above, and paste it into the plugins directory inside fiji-win64 folder. Restart Fiji. And you will now see the new plugin.

Supports multi channel image analysis, change channel colors, adjust b&c, displays channel names, control overlay opacity, etc.
