This tool is probably too big for a hackathon.

This tools requires probably more than one module, because it has several functions. It is an R tool and you can define immediately an own pipeline with this. This tool is used for scATAC data processing and analysis.

If nobody works on this then I will at some point.

Happy to do the revision for this tools, so please mark/ping me.
