JULIE is an open-source project licensed under the GNU General Public License, Version 3.
Development is currently not done on a set schedule. Once a user base is established, a more regular schedule will develop which will likely entail the following goals:
- Monthly Bug Fixes
- Small Features Added Quarterly
- Version Upgrades Annually
This project is still in relative infancy. Some more immediate improvements that need to be pursued are:
- Automated testing routines
- API (Rdoc or another system) for documenting the software
- Michael Maness, development lead. Research assistant at University of Maryland, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
