This guide is more related to English dictionaries, so you will have to adapt to others.

In order to improve Hunspell dictionaries you must have:

Proofing Tool GUI;
The .AFF file;
The .DIC file.

Run Proofing Tool GUI (PTG) and select "OPEN" and open a .DIC file. Please have in mind that only files in UTF-8 format can be used by PTG.
