Make sure "YES" is the answer to all questions above:
- Did you publish a release build to google play?
- Did you wait 24 hours after that?
- Are you testing with a build signed with the same signing key? (a release build or a debug build re-signed with the release signing key)
- Are you testing on a real device?
- Are you testing on a non-rooted device?
- If you're testing an Alpha build. Did you opted into testing with the test account?
- Simply adding the account email to your "Settings > Account > Testers" isn't sufficient. The Opt-in URL under the Alpha config, you gotta copy and paste that into a browser in which you're logged into that google account (or phone).
