The note-text plugin

This plugin allows the server to handle text documents. This plugin should always be active, otherwise the server does not support opening and editing text documents. When the plugins option is not given in the infinoted configuration file, then this plugin is automatically loaded, however when specifying the plugins to be loaded in the configuration file, this plugin should always be included.
