New release of the DEBtool
Some highlights of the new release are:
- Improved automatized presentation of results including grouped plotting
- Improved ‘check_my_pet’ which helps the user spot typo’s and wrong use of standards
- Improved filters and warnings
- Filters and warning for new models ‘stx’, ‘asj’ and ‘stf’
- DEBtool/lib/pet now has templates.zip with the 4 down-stripped templates (which can make adding a new entry easier)
- New structure called ‘auxData’ contains auxiliary information on data sets such as the temperature or food experienced by the organisms during an experiment
