SET HIDELASTLOGIN will OPT you out of the Last Login notice sent to you upon authenticating to Services.
Syntax: SET HIDELASTLOGIN ON|OFF
Example:
/msg NickServ SET HIDELASTLOGIN ON
/msg NickServ SET HIDELASTLOGIN OFF
