HostServ:REQUEST
REQUEST activation of the vhost. You must be identified to a registered nick to issue this command. Please be patient while your request is considered by network staff.
The same vhost cannot be requested twice without network staff intervention as of _Xtheme v7.5.0_.* (The user will be informed that the requested vhost is already in use and to either pick another or see network staff.)
Syntax: REQUEST <vhost>
