This tab is used to register inpatients and outpatients and at the same time search for existing patients and update them if necessary.
How to Register an new outpatient visit ?
User goes to Patients --> OutPatient --> (Form Name : will differ based on uer creation)
If the form has an option to capture an image of the Patient --> IT will prompt the user to select the device --> User must select the device name in the "Camera to Share" section and select "Share Selected Device"
Note : Different browsers show different pops up to enable usage of camera.
When the User clicks on this tab the screen displays fields to register a patient as displayed below
User needs to enter the details and click on Submit to create a patient record. User can also take a print out once the record is created successfully. It also allows the user to search for an existing patient record.
Step 1 – User enquires if it is a new patient or existing patient
Step 2 – User enters the details if it is a new patient and clicks on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 3 – User searches for the patient if he/she has an existing patient record
Step 4 – User selects the patient in the search output
Step 5 – User enters the additional detaisl if required
Step 6 – User clicks on the “Submit” button to create an Out-Patient record.
User searches for patient who has been added in the Out-Patient section, creates a record and completes the In-Patient registration. User can also take a print out once the record is created successfully.

Step 2 – User selects the patient in the search output
Step 3 – User enters additional details if required
Step 4 – User clicks on the “Submit” button to create an In-Patient record
User can search and view the patients which have been enrolled till date and see the complete information with regards to the patient which involves below tabs:
- Patient Info
- Clinical
- Diagnostics
- Procedures
- Prescription
- Discharge
User navigates from tab to tab to know the complete information about the patient and his related information in the hospital. User can also take a print summary which will include all the details in the above mentioned tabs.
User comes to this section if he wants to modify details on the patient record. User can make changes in all the tabs below and update them. The print summary will contain all the changes which the user h as modified on the screen. The changes done by the user will only be saved if the User clicks on “Update” after he has made the changes in all the below tabs.
