  • 👋 Hi, I’m @RunpengLuo, an incoming Ph.D student for 2024 Fall at the Department of Computer Science, Princeton University.
  • 👨‍🎓 I finished my undergraduate studies at the College of Engineering, Computing, and Cybernetics, Australian National University.
  • 🌎 I come from China and currently at Australia.
  • 👀 I’m generally interested in algorithm development on solving problems arises in computational biology and making program run faster via parallelism.
  • 🌱 I’m currently doing method development in computational genomics, specific to genome assembly and haplotype phasing algorithms.
