New MELD pipeline v1.1.0
Main changes:
- Enable harmonisation of data from new site/scanner/sequence
- Combine three scripts into one main pipeline to run new subject
- Adapted to use Fastsurfer (optional)
- Adapted to parallelise segmentation (optional)
Minor changes:
- Changes core script from bash to python
- Improve prints and debug mode
- fix minors errors and improve robustness
