Main changes:

• Enable harmonisation of data from new site/scanner/sequence
• Combine three scripts into one main pipeline to run new subject
• Adapted to use Fastsurfer (optional)
• Adapted to parallelise segmentation (optional)

Minor changes:

• Changes core script from bash to python
• Improve prints and debug mode
• fix minors errors and improve robustness
