Enrichment of dSNPs track:

• Blobulate the following sequences and check that they return the colors in parentheses:
  • WA (light red)
  • WAWAWAWAWA (light blue)
  • WAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWA (dark blue)
  • WAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWA (grey)
  • WAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWAWA (red)
• Blobulate two globular proteins. Are the majority (> 75%) of the h-blobs at least slightly enriched for deleterious mutations?
