Thanks! I made some updates to conform better to the Web Translator template (Scaffold: Plus button in toolbar -> Web Translator). Otherwise looked great. |

The current DHQ translator produces errors in the Chrome plugin (which then defaults to COinS, which does not produce ideal results). This PR is basically a full update/rewrite that gives better metadata and the full text PDF.
Note that the LICENSE BLOCK comes from the previous version (I wasn't sure if I should update this or not)
