This release fixes download failures seemingly caused by the server blacklisting the header combination we've been successfully using so far. If it changes again that likely means they're actively trying to prevent this kind of program.

Please file an issue if it no longer works.

• Added more fine-grained ability to select what files to download, by implementing both --offset and --skip
• General tweaks to terminal output

The biggest change is that the delay between images is lowered from a staggering 60 seconds to 1 second. It seems to work.
