使用 honor 20 pro + 鸿蒙系统时，即便后台锁定、自动启动、关闭电量优化等都已经做了，还是有时候会退出程序。

所以想加一个常驻通知栏做到保活。

我照网上搜索，添加了一个提交。

前台常驻做成一个开关选项比较好，但我还刚接触安卓开发，实现不了。
