Display weather on webpage

[RussDERM]

User Story
In the event that this app was ever used on a phone, or as a webapp, the user might like to be able to view the actual weather data, along with the light effect.

Steps
-[ ] Create Div in the center of the page that appears when info is written into it (from successful API call)
-[ ] Determine what information will be displayed, and submit list to group for approval
-[ ] Style information along the lines of a weather widget.
-[ ] Link jQuery elements to API response object
