Workout App

This is the web applicatoin of the workout app. A user will be able to keep track of the 3 main workouts.

These are the "traditional workouts" known as the big 3

  • Bench Press
  • Deadlifts
  • Squats

The user can keep track of their workouts and their progress/strength overtime.

What Is Done?

  • Login system
  • API Login and workouts
  • Submit and view workouts

What is needed?

  • I want to be able to show a graph of workouts over time
  • A plan set to increase in strength based on your goals and current strength
  • A Mobile app. Mostly looking into IOS App.
