This is the web applicatoin of the workout app. A user will be able to keep track of the 3 main workouts.
These are the "traditional workouts" known as the big 3
- Bench Press
- Deadlifts
- Squats
The user can keep track of their workouts and their progress/strength overtime.
- Login system
- API Login and workouts
- Submit and view workouts
- I want to be able to show a graph of workouts over time
- A plan set to increase in strength based on your goals and current strength
- A Mobile app. Mostly looking into IOS App.
