i've uploaded a GIF into this github repo, in attempts to embed it. Because it was previously showing "content length exceeded"
- revises 4 links that includes `/developer/` to point to new equivalents. - replaces 2 link to deprecated ZT creator URL, with current editor URL - replaces /help/service-documentation/ with the new /apps - removes suggestion to use markdown in ZT descriptions. This is no longer supported, and ZTs that previously used it have been edited to remove that use of markdown, see https://zapierorg.atlassian.net/browse/ZS-799

The current Zap Template Creator is being deprecated. In the future, partner developers will create Zap Templates in the regular Zap editor, and submit them for review through the sharing modal. This PR updates our partner-facing Zap Template docs to match the new behaviour.
